MHSCN NETWORKING EVENT | Connecting for Cause What a great time on Thursday, April 25, volunteering to sort medical supplies at MATTER ® We sorted over 100 medical kits that would have been tossed in a landfill, but still contained a lot of useful medical equipment to send overseas to help people in Ukraine, Bolivia, and Liberia. It felt good to know we were doing a small part in reducing waste and costs while helping fellow humans have better access to healthcare all over the world Thank you to the kind folks at Matter for being such great hosts--highly recommend this organization for your next work or personal volunteer event! |
