MHSCN Education Series

Reaching Diverse Cultural Communities through Radio Stories

Join us for an insightful session on using community-driven radio stories to address vaccine hesitancy in Minnesota's diverse cultural communities. Building on a successful HPV campaign, this project, created in partnership with SoLaHmo and FUHN, features authentic stories from Somali, Native American, and Latin American families about their COVID-19 vaccination journey. Discover the research-based, community-engagement process behind these stories, learn how to create narratives that reflect real concerns, and gain insights into the lessons learned and technology tools used.
