Hitting the wall: How to NAVIGATE though COVID burnout

Part of MHSCN’s ongoing 2021 virtual networking series

Over the past year, we have made great strides in addressing COVID-19 – from prevention measures to testing to vaccinations. Yet many of us have been white-knuckling it through life, setting aside our individual needs in service to others: at work, in our families and in society. Many of us may feel we have hit the proverbial wall with COVID. This affects us, our teams and the people we serve.

As part of MHSCN’s ongoing 2021 virtual networking series, join peers from across Minnesota for a MHSCN Member Connect focusing on solutions to COVID burnout. This session will feature a brief introduction to MHSCN and a special presentation from Tyler Arvig, PsyD, LP, R3 Continuum Associate Medical Director, followed by virtual networking and breakout sessions. Dr. Arvig will discuss how to keep ourselves moving forward in ways that are meaningful, practical and can be employed right now.

This casual networking session is designed to give participants space for the professional connection and conversation that we may be missing elsewhere.
